Raised interest rate on small business credit card to over 37% for no apparent reason

This credit card company raised the interest rate (APR) on our small business account to 37.18% APR. We make our payments on time every month. We also noticed that, concurrent with the rate change, the 'convenience' checks with low interest rates stopped being issued.
