Collect the Bill but won't fix the problem

It all started in August of 06 when we moved into our new address. We were having a problem with dimming lights. We called the company and they sent out a tech and he said he would have to speak with his engineer and we nevr heard nothing.

Well recently we lost 2 computers and approx. 300 lightbulbs, so I contacted them again on the 11th of December of 08 the tech came out and he said he would have to get an engineer out to access the problem, he mentioned I would hear something within 2 days. I heard nothing until I called on the 18th and they had no Idea what I was talking about. After spending 1 hour on the phone they said they would have to set up an appointment for the enginer to come out and attatch a volatge recorder on the line.

Finally after 2 additional calls they came out on the 23rd of december and left it on through the holiday I expressed my concerns that the power problem may not exist since this is a holiday and most bussines are taking off. It didn't matter and sure enough on the 29 th he called me and said there was no problem. I had to talk hime into putting the recorders back on after the first of the year and everything is in full swing. He finally agreed and he called me on the 3rd and said yes there is approx a 20 Volt drop into the building. He gave me a work order # and said someone would contact me in the next 2-3 days. I heard nothing and I called the call center back and they said the # did not exist.

I spent over an hour on the phone with the supervisor who I had to explain, everything all over again to. She said she would be sending an email to the differant dept. And I should hear something by the next day. I heard nothing, I waite another day and still nothing. I called the supervisor back and left her a voicemail and still heard nothing. I sent 2 Emails and sent in a letter with my concerns and still have not heard anything.

Finally I get a customer servcie rep on the phone she assures me that she will handle everything and I assumed she would take care of everything, she tells me if I do not hear anything in 2 days call her back. I called back on the third day and she said she was just about to call me. She still had no news. And Yesterday the 2nd of February I called again and left a voicemail to her as well as called the call center and was forwarded to a supervisor that did not pick up which I left a voicemail with and yet today I have still not heard anything about this from anyone.

Nobody has ever called me regarding this problem I was tyhe one that would always have to call them. And now it is so bad that my battery back on my computer kicks in a few times a day because of the voltage drop. They beleive they can get away with poor customer service because they are a main provider in this area and it is not right I am so frustrated I'm not sure what else to do besides not pay the bills, and then get a negative on my credit report.
