No service in almost a yea

I have been a customer of T-Mobile since 2006 and never had any problem with them, liked their service, but I moved from Calif to Oklahoma and still had good service in the town I lived in, then I moved 7 miles east of the town I lived in and have lived here almost 3 yrs and have had no complaints until about Jan and I started dropping calls, I put up with it until a month or so later and called and complained again and it seemed like everytime I call to complain they sent me a new phone, so I believe I got 3 new phones and still did not fix the problem...

In about June or July it really got bad as I dropped calls all the time and to make a long distant call forget it, I would drop calls left and right and had to call them back or they called me back. And then I believe it was in Aug I started having people call me but they could not hear me, so I would say I know you can hear me and I will call you back, so after a few minutes I would call them back and we would talk and then I would drop a call...

So In Oct I called to tell them I was going to get a different carrier as I needed a phone I could depend on, and heard nothing from them... I called again and told them I was not going to pay my bill as I needed to get another cell phone that I could count on... Nothing from them, then after I got my new cell phone I wrote them a letter saying I just wanted the waiver of the termination fee as since I had no service I could count on, I feel like that is the least they can do as I paid my bill on time and I just did not feel like I should pay for something I did not get over the months...

I have two grandchildren and their mother living with me and I need a phone that can be reliable on getting messages and that I could call out on... All I want is to get out from under the termination fee as I don't feel like I should pay for a service I did not receive half of the time... There solution to my problem was to give me another phone, well after 3 phones don't they think that was not the problem?

Thank you for reading this and hope you can help me... I plan on paying the bill but really don't want to pay the termination fee as I feel its unfair for me to have to pay for it, as its there services and I lived here in this town for 3 yrs, and had good service and no problems with the phone, but this past year has really been bad and they can't tell me why I had good service and now I don't...
