My husband got me a new iPhone a few weeks ago. Everything seemed to be working properly until my son called me and told me that my voicemail box was full. I quickly went into my phone's voicemail settings and cleared out all the messages. This should have resolved the problem.
A few days later a client tried to call my phone and later sent me an email saying that my voicemail box was full. (According to my phone it was completely cleared out).
I called AT&T and they had me change a couple of things that didn't work. Then they had me talk to an engineer and still the problem was not resolved. Finally, they deleted the voicemail box and re-added it. This worked!
I really appreciate AT&T's awesome customer service. They were completely professional and polite through the entire 90-minute call!
