The district manager is a very disorganized man. He hires and fires at whim. He talks to other managers about some person he is unhappy with then proceeds to find a way to get rid of that person. He has fired at least 7 managers since I was with the company in March.
I was dismissed for (as he told others) workman comp fraud. Of course, that is a lie. I had filed with the case action suit on manager overtime. Marty found out and proceeded to find ways to dismiss me. He told others that was in his agenda.
In February he succeeded in firing me. He told me earlier times that I was doing a good job, but that was before the lawsuit. He told three people that they were to have my job. He never turns in expense reports. He doesn't return calls nor answer calls if he is having a bad day. I wrote a letter to corporate and in the firing process; this letter was brought up and I was told that the issues were not issues.
