I too, was a manager for FDS, I am currently part of the overtime lawsuit against the company. The lawsuit, I am told, is proceeding this summer in court in Washington DC, perhaps... After all is settled, you present managers will get some relief from all the unfair. Unpaid overtime. There is also a second lawsuit in the works... It seems... The female managers were paid far less than the male managers. This new lawsuit is just in the beginning stages. Very prominent attornies are handling both cases.
