Rip-off processing

After calling to activate my card, the initial 800 number representative asked me to call immediately to an area code 702 number which was long distance. I am deaf, so I had to use the TTY relay service. Upon calling calling the number they had me on hold for approximately 5 minutes before the message machine kicked in.

After that, the message machine, according to the Relay operator, was very staticy and the message was slow as molasses. I stood there waiting on it for another 7 minutes and finally figured that they were a fraudulent company.in all that time, I was expecting some type of options for the company like, catalog order or something, and got nothing. I had the operator hang up on that call and proceeded to call the 800 number again to cancel the card but there was no answer.

It kept ringing until the 32nd ring and then hung up. I then came online and went to use Google to look them up and found a company named CCS but they are unrelated. Went on for a few pages on Google and found nothing related to the CCS Credit place. Finally I came upon this site and read about how fraudulent they are and Immediately wanted to put my two cents in. I really hope nothing will befall me and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
