"Credit Monitor Service" consumer fraud ripoff false promises

After watching the commerical that we have all seen 1, ooo times I decided to order a FREE COPY OF MY CREDIT REPORT.

I went to the website shown and entered the information requested, at no time was it written that 4 weeks later my bank account would be hit with a $79.95 charge.

I'm just a regular working class girl, who counts every cent I spend and this UNAUTHORIZED charge almost caused my car payment to bounce. This company has to be stopped!

I called the "customer service" number shown on my bank statement and after being on hold with the promise of being connected to the "next customer service rep"... My call was disconnected! Imagine that, even as I type this report I over hear that stupid commerical playing on the TV!
