I requested an exterior Fire-Wire drive with wires and power adapter. I received a tough drive; no situation, wires, etc. After many emails to obtain an RMA, I delivered the hard drive and did receive the right product.
It's designed to possess a 12 months warrenty, however it failed a couple of months before and that I have now been not able to contact them by telephone or mail. Evidently they've gone out-of company?
