The following is my opinion only, well supported by evidence i can provide:
I worked for bilafer for several months in the late 1990's. He ran an aggressive wage theft scam, for which he was convicted and imprisoned twice in MA in 2004.
He was convicted of stealing the wages of seven employees, and did not pay payroll taxes, workmen's comp, etc.in fact there were more victims who never got satisfaction.
His current web ad is baloney. He has not been in business as Perfect since 1998, and was using "bilafer landscaping" as a business name as late as 2004 in advertising.
He has relocated to half a dozen areas in 12 years, and has been evicted from business rentals at least three times.
AT the same business address in wilton lives his GF/partner, marybeth moore, who had a web site offering to sell her NASHUA home in 2007 under the non-existent company name Live Free Or Die LLC, (a fake realtor_.
That's funny, because bilafer painted Bilafer Landscaping, Inc. On his vehicles in the 1990's and was not incorporated.
Bilafer has installed a horse ramp using half-buried timbers in MA. When home depot ran out of pressure treated timbers? He used non-treated ones (which is insane) and did not tell the customer.
Before doing business with him, run a credit cheack, and look at his civil findings... He's been sued successfully many times in middlesex county, MA.
I have records. A sheriff's auction which sold off all of his heavy equipment, A. G's office press releases about his imprisonment, moore's fraudulent website, and more.
Records are on file with the middlesex sheriff's dept in cambridge.
I never got my money! And neither did a combat army vietnam vet i introduced to bilafeer.
