I was offered a calling plan in the Sprint PCS local office in Tempe, AZ. I signed on for the plan and after receiveing my first bill realized they were over charging me.
I contacted them immediately and asked them to revise my plan. The sales people hung up on me, were condescending and rude. After hours on the phone they agrees to change my plan to something approximating what I was originally offered.
Again when I received my invoice it did not reflect their written promises. After weeks of telephone calls to my home late at night they abruptly shut off my service. They continued to bill me even while the service was shut off and while I was doing everything I could to resolve the problem.
They finally sent the bill to collections and call several times a day threatening to ruin my credit.
I have never dealt with more unprofessional, dishonest people in my life.
