He explained they charged me for shipping the bike originally (he explained delivery was free, but once used to donot buy the bicycle, he might cost me for this) and he additionally charged me to get a restocking charge (on the bike which was broken). I've since read plenty of evaluations with this organization and my scenario isn't special.
