I am another abused customer of Redwood merchant services / Westamerica bank. I too had my funds frozen for being over the approved limit. They also closed my account even after faxing my invoices, and shipping receipts. I have never had a charge back or a single complaint. They have seized one deposit for just over $22,000 and refuse to release it or tell me when they will. I have been lied to about when they will return my calls, by both Kristy and Marcie. I have been accused by them for breach of contract (another lie). And they refuse to mail anything in writing and also won't speake to me on the phone since I informed them that all calls will now be recorded.
I have filed a complaint with the federal reserve today. I have also started to look into legal services. These people are liars and theives, and I strongly urge anyone else that has been wronged by them to file a complaint with the federal reserve. I am also going to file a claim with the FDIC and their local BBB.
