Saw this entry on my phone bill. It is an unwanted and unneeded service I do not remember authorizing or even seeing it offered anywhere. I have had no contact in regards to how to use the service or get voicemail. The 8xx numbers are busy busy busy so i am probably not the only one hit. Obviously they are targeting people who never read their bills.
