Ok Where do I begin.

Time Warner now will save you money by combining your phone, tv and internt.

I wanted to switch my phone over to time warner so I called and they told me it was available in my area, yeaaa

They informed me that had to cancel my services with verizon and set up an appointment for weds Jan 14th with a window of 4pm and 6pm. I was ok we will be here.

Weds Jan 14th rolls around and we came home just before 4 pm to make the appointment. It was a nasty snowy day and no show from time warner. We figured they just didnt make it because of the snow. Two days later we have no phone.

I called Time warner and it took about 35 minutes to get someone live on the phone. (Award winning Service they advertise) They inform me that I missed my appointment. I said no I was here. THe next several days I cannot get a live person on the phone. Finally today I get someone, they said they cannot get anyone out there until the 29th. I call verizon back to just have them hook it back up they inform me time warner has my number. I call back time warner and it took approx 2 hours to get a live person, they say no verizon has it.

AWARD WINNING CUSTOMER SERVICE - 24 HOURS A DAY. I am now in the process of getting a brand new phone # from verizon and sigining up with their DSL.
