Bought a 1600 ctw "Emerald" and a 1000 ctw "Ruby". Both gems tested by gemologist; sent off and tested. Emerald came back as commercial grade borite (Emeralds belong in this family of stones) and Ruby had been stained so much, dye was comming off in the wrapped tissue. No farther testing was done to determine what gem the Ruby was exactly. Only seven day return policy = no time to have tested. 7 days-mail route time of 3-4 days-testing time of 3-4 days.
