After several months of being in a home gotten with zingows's ent to own program. I have successfully gotten a home to call my own. I had to wait patiently while the loan was transferred over into my name after several months. The transaction was very smooth. No... Hic ups whats so ever. With no money down, no credit checks I was able to have the loan assumed to me and put in my name. The owner was was anxious, scared and having financial problems. I just took the property off her hands by renting initially, eventually showing the lender that I could handle the payments and we all worked it. ZINGOW DOES WORK.
