I had an appointment with Vonda Stevens / Salon Innovations by SI at 11am on January 1 (as I was off work) to have hair extensions applied. I had previously paid her a $300 deposit on Dec. 28th. Vonda left me a v/mail on Dec. 31st informing me that she had cancelled the appointment and had rescheduled it the following Thursday. I told her that my work schedule didn't permit me to take the required time off and asked if she worked Saturdays. She told me she didn't work weekends. I told her that this wasn't acceptable and poor customer service on her part. Her next statement to me was to remember to talk nicely to her as she had $300 of my money! I told her I wanted a refund... She refused. Apparently she feels once she has your deposit money, you are at her mercy.
