Sales tax oregon charged

I live in Oregon where there is no sales tax. (ref: http://www.oregon. Gov/DOR/salestax. Shtml)

On my T-Mobile bill there is:

State Gross Receipts Tax 0.55
State Sales Tax 2.44
State Universal Service Fund 0.15

State sales tax of $2.44 when it should read as $0.00.

They are not responding to my query about why it is being charged.
