Overcharging alot on state sales tax! Kansas city missouri

I purchaes a replacement lamp for my SONY BRAVIA TV and and when I was invoiced they charged me $15.54 of state sales tax on a $199.00 purchase.indiana sales tax is 7%.

I called SONY and they cannot tell me why nor refund the difference.
