Find family and friends ripoff Professional Highway Robery business

I used the service to trying to find a email address of a old friend. Needless to say no matches at all. So I called the company and asked for a refund. They said they wouldnt refund the fee but I could search again. So I searched again and could you believe there wasn't any matches. So I called again and was told sorry no refund commin my way. So I wrote the BBB and they company responded saying that they use indepedand search systems and would not refund any money.
