Juniper has charged me an over limit fee since May. I pay more to cover it they add something to put it back I have never been late on a payment have always paid more than I was supposed too.
I have paid almost $700.00 since May My limit is only $1500. I am still over limit Last month my payment was $43.00 I paid $85.00 they added a processing fee and put the over limit fee back on. If they don't make an adjustment on my acct. I am going to stop making payments. I have more than paid $1500. Something needs to be domne to help a retired senior citizen on social security. I can't keep doing this.
