He will take money from you and will not hold up his end of the agreement. I put down half deposit on a full size soda/snack location and 20 bulk machine locations. It took several months of repeated calls and emails to get him to finally attempt to complete part of the agreed upon work. He sub contracted the bulk locations out and the work was done very poorly. I repeatedly called and emailed to get this made right and he would not respond and would not refund the money owed. He is currently advertising on Craigslist in Dallas (http://dallas. Craigslist.org/dal/bfs/983054441.html). There are no doubt people paying money who are getting scammed as we speak.
