I purchased Vending machines (Snack/Candy/Soda Combo) from this Company which already had the machines located at businesses. The machines were to have product included in the machines. They gave me a list to choose from. I made my choices and they quoted me a price. I agreed and sent them a deposit.in about a week a locating service contacted me and gave me a list of completely different place to choose from which I had to go to each location and canvas for machine placement. I tried to contact Star Vending via telephone many times leaving voice messages and never received a response. I finally emailed them and asked for a refund and they refused. I stayed incontact with them by email also the locating service. I finally decided to try and get the locations and have them send the machines to me in fear of completely lossing my deposit. It took about 3 months to finally receive the machines. They were not even the machines decribed to me and they never were filled with product. They advertise on craigslist in most major cities. I did do a background check on the internet to find out if they were legitimate, but found nothing else.
