I got a cheap phone when I got my verizon service about 3 years ago. It is a LG phone and it broke. I was told it was out of warranty by 3 days and not able to send phone free. But then after numerous phone calls and alot of my valuable time taken up. I finally got another cheap phone in replace for it and had to pay $61 but I was told by supervisor would be free of charge and now after several calls I am told NO REFUND and the $61 stays on my bill.
I have been with them for 3 years and a new customer gets a new phone with no questions. This is a rip off...
