My tenant's heater broke on 12/11. This was during the coldest month of the year. L&S Air Conditioning and Heating (Allicance Home Warranty uses them as a contractor) technicians made 7 trips to finally repair it on Jan 8. (at least we hope it is repaired). Only when I threatened a law suit were they able to repair the heater which they claim only had a worn fuse. Over 30 days of cold for my tenants and I lost of a month of rent. L&S was difficult to work with. The L&S technician would promise to come and then not show up or call. Many times they were unreachable. The company owner, Leo Santoro, should be ashamed of this pathetic service. Do avoid it.
