I had put down a deposit on a puppy but due to heart problems I couldn't go though with the deal. Teresa and her husband agreed to return my money. I have this in an email and will be filing a claim on Monday against both her and her husband for the return of the deposit. She sold the puppy and that person has also filed a complaint that the puppy was sick. They have been promising to return the money for months. They do not return phone calls or emails. I beleive the state should get involved to insure that their license as a breeder is up to daye and to insure that they are paying taxes on the money they are receiving for each puppy. At the time I was looking to purchase a puppy they had 16 at a cost of $2,000 each.
