Both my father and I ordered from this company on 8/16/04 and our credit cards were charged on 8/17/04. On 9/16/04 I attempted to contact this "company" to inquire about our orders.
The "office" number has a voice mail box that is always full and their fax machine never answers.
I emailed them at all three addresses provided on their site: Customer Service, Order Status and Billing. I received no response... And still have not.
I have received no communication from them with regards to our orders and, of course, no items were sent either.
