Placed an order on 12/25/08 for 5 items. I received an email on 12/26 saying the order was "complete". My credit card was charged for all 5 items, one of which was back-ordered. I sent 3 emails to [email protected] and 1 to [email protected] requesting tracking info on my alleged shipment. Also made several phone calls but only received a voicemail message.
