I ordered a box of hot chocolate from Shoffee.com on 1/16/09. The order was "completed" and I was given a tracking number. Somehow the order became damaged while in transit to me and UPS returned it to Shoffee.com. I have tried to call several times and have also emailed numerous times to see if they are going to re-ship or credit me, but have had no return calls or e-mails! Now I have no hot chocolate, nor a credit and I'm out $17.30. Beware, if you have a problem with your order, there is NO customer service to remedy it!
