The phone call from a collector who scared me to the point that I was shaking, she insisted that I pay her $2800. That day or have my credit wrecked. Being in finance myself, I had my credit pulled. To my disbelief, they had pulled my credit report without my authorization. I had a 800 score at that time. I hired an attorney and after six months of back and forth letters, they said the case was closed, due to the alarm company not proving I owed them anything. Meanwhile, I had my credit run, they have given bureaus false information and I now have a $2800.00collection, that I do not owe on my credit. I ask for letter to clear it up and they have not sent on to me as promised, I contact Dpt. Of Corpartions and the BBB and nothing seems to phase this corrupt company, one has to wonder how they continue to stay in business. My credit has dropped 100 points due to their lies and corruption. Where is justice when you need it!
