Took my money after promising to settle my tax debt for pennies on the dolla

I am a victim of the roni deutch scam. My case is no different from any of the other rip off reports that i have read about here. I had an enormous tax debt that i needed relief from. Saw the tv comercial showing the lady who says she is roni deutch with the lies about eliminating your debt and thought it was my way out. It ended up being $2875 that i could have used to pay the irs or live out of as now my bank acct is empty and i still owe the irs only now i owe them more.

I paid roni deutch to help me into a situation where i have a federal lien against me, no credit, a home about to go into foreclosure and no way to borrow a dime to save myself.

There should be a law against false advertising. And people who prey on those in bad situations for profit should be made to pay. After roni deutch took my money they told me i didn't qualify for the offer in compromise because i owned property and i should be glad to be in a presently none collectable status. Well let me tell you if you find yourself in a none collectable status the interest continues to rise on the amount that you owe and you cannot sell or borrow with a tax lien attached to you. You have no credit.

The debt is not over it can be reopened if the irs decides to do so. Think about your social security benefits which is most likely when they will start to collect.

What makes me sick to my stomach is that i paid roni deutch to help me into this situation. I am sure that he or she is filty rich. Does anybody know if roni deutch is a woman or man? Something should be done to stop these crooks they have opened the door for the loan modification experts.

I won't go there thats a whole different story, but not really just another lawyer with another lie that they make you pay up front for. I know that this is not helping anybody but my hope is that some one will start a class action law suit that will if nothing else make those scam artist stop giving false hope.

My money is lost to me and there is nothing I can do about it but maybe if someone reads this befor they let roni deutch start taking money out of their bank account it will make them stop and think. Because in the end its still going to be YOU against the IRS.
