I was working up to 100 hours per week. I came in from shift, I asked a supervisor a question about an upcoming holiday, she lied to me about my question. She asked me if Ihad a second I said sure and followed her to a office where I was told managment decision was to let me go. I asked several times why, no one was at liberty to discuss. I was informed that I would be paid also I would have two week severence pay. I had 62 hour vacation pay, 62 hours, sick time, 2 holidays I had already worked and 1 banked floating holiday. This time was never paid to me an all of the other was depleted without pay. Although I had earned these hours of pay. This company claimed I could not get a vacation day because my supervisor could not cover my shift. I worked there almost 1 year without missing a day, I had 2 very good evaluations. Iwas even denied my chance of the mandatory exit interview every other employee was entitled to.
