I, too, am one of Robert Mannix's many victims. I have been lied to for months, not received responses to emails or phone calls, won't answer inquiries regarding the status of my wedding photo album, getting vague answers like "you should have it soon" rather than giving me definite answers. My story sounds eerily similar to other reviews written online and on this website. After giving this man $6,000 for my photography and videography services I expected top-of-the-line service. I have received bottom-of-the-barrel service not even worth a quarter of that amount. Would be interested in filing a class action law suit to stop this man from ruining other future brides and grooms "happiest times of their lives". He has made this time miserable for me.
