The week before Christmas my husband went into the Aarons to get a big screen television. When approached by the representative, my husband told him he was interested in a big screen tv but first wanted to use thier restroom. The man then asked, " Do you have an account with us?" My husband told them "no". Before my husband could say anything else, the man abruptly said, " then we don't have a restroom"
My husband who is on a medication called Lasix, to help reduce any fluid buildup in his heart, and has to make frequent trips to the restroom, was so upset, that he told the man " then I guess you don't need MY business" and left the store to find a restroom.
I can't believe that anyone would refuse use of a facility, especially a person who has a medical conditon! I feel this should be reported and the person should be fired!
