My sister and I went to subway store #45745 in née braunfels tx. A male employee went into the restroom before me saying he needed to put paper towels in. After using the restroom I noticed that he had set his cell phone behind toilet paper rolls on the back of the toilet to record me using the restroom. I filed a police report and because I live in another state was not able to press charges. No manager was on duty. The mgr came in to let the employee go home without taking his phone or reviewing security tapes (told cops she didn't have a key until the general mgr got there Monday) don't know what happened, still payed for my food that I couldn't even eat because I was so disgusted. Never going to subway again. There was no involvement by mgmt to prosecute the employee, he's probably still hiding his camera in the restrooms so ladies be aware.
