I went to the woodridge location last week and the office was all packed up and had a notice on the door closed until further notice. Not to mention that I showed up for my appointment to find this sign and no one ever called me to tell me they were canceling. I will be attempting to get a refund for my services as this is the second office that has closed. Not to mention that their phone number to this office is disconnected, but it worked the week before and their Alconquin location office number has also been disconnected. If anyone is interested in suing this company please contact me. As a student in law school we have a case against them and should proceed. I signed nothing stating that if they dont offer me my services I cant get my money back. This is the worst company and I dont plan on being taken advantage of.
By the way, I just went onto the website and they have removed their locations for IL. They no longer service IL.
