Brookstone/soma snoring pillow
NO refund or exchange/horrible product

I purchased a Soma snoring pillow for my spouse. He experimented with utilize it for only 10-15 units, and he could not remain to utilize it. Acutely unpleasant, not functional.

I experimented with return it towards the shop for an reimbursement or trade, and was informed that it plainly says within the shop and about the recepit that there'snot any reimbursement or exchange for personal attention product. USED TO DO NOT observe any signage everywhere that claims no reimbursement about that. After studying the rear of the bill many times, in really small print along with a really gentle shade printing, it did state that. However, obviously, I'd previously bought it.

I called the client help-line and described my discontent using the item, and was informed from the affiliate"Kelly" that their plan is published within the shop. I needed to settle a and he or she mentioned that somebody might contact me. Still waiting. It seemed as though she could not care less.

I'll never return to Brookstone and certainly will inform everybody concerning the encounter I'd together.
