Our company (a marketing firm) ordered over $25,000 of jumbo banners. We were promises that the order was to be ready by noon, October 21. We paid by check, in full and in advance for the order we placed personally by the VP Craig Furst. Not only was the order not completed, but they hadn't even started to process it by the time my company contacted them on the 19th!!! We were assured that they were going to put a "rush" on it and that everything would be great.
Long story short-they NEVER got to our order. I explained how important it was that we have these banners to advertise our client and how time-sensitive it was. They didn't care. Craig (their VP) was nice at first and that changed. He started ignoring my calls and I showed up there to speak with him in person. He told me to "F* Off" and that we should "Just give someone else your headache."
I could not believe he spoke to me like that! Fortunately, our client was understanding when our firm was unable to produce the banners to them. We ended up having another local shop do the job, and they did a great job. I highly recommend that you stay far away from AAA Flag & Banner! They don't care at all about their customers and do NOTHING to make things right. If this post saves 1 person from the disappointment that we suffered then I've done my good deed for the day!
