A Man going door to door offered us a FREE system with 19.99 monitoring fee, well all was well for about 6 months then the battery wouldnt take a charge and we had to replace the battery, then at 1 and a half years had to replace the battery again... Right about the time the contract was finished guess what??? The system failed and in order for them to come and work on it we had to renew contract well on phone the woman stated it would be a 2 yr contract at 19.99 a month (we were having it come right out of bank) they were takin 32.99 not 19.99 I called got that resovled and guess what 2 months later the battery went out again. They called and had a tech call us and well he never returned my calls when we were playing phone tag... So today Xmas eve they call tellin me we owe $ 107 for services we did not recive. I was so mad... Please tell me which kind of attorney I need to deal with this company I do not want to pay the rest of the 3 yr contract up to april 10.
Just seems to me if they did not keep their end of the agreement they can get out of it, but us we are kinda screwed and have to deal with their harrassing phone calls I am at my wits end with these people.
