I have been over billed, Double billed promised things such as free texting and email only to be charged later; I have had my plan changed without my permission, I was sent reconditioned phones when upgrading (supposed to be new phones) they have given me all kinds of excuses as to why these things continue to happen. They have improperly taxed me. This has all caused me lots of embarassment time and money... To top all that off i have requested a tangable bill for the past five months and have still not recieved one. The story goes on & on and I have had enough!
