Promise of purchase within 3 weeks, not recieved after 4. Ignored my emails

I purchased a t-shirt off of this website on around the 24th November. I understand from their FAQs that it may take longer if an item is not in stock, but I have not been advised of this, and they have ignored various emails from me. After this happened, I researched the company and I understand other people have had problems with them. I understand it is the Christmas period and it may be busy, but no response of any kind leads me to believe this is a fake website.
