Item that was paid for was not sent, they then advised I would get a refund and not had one eventhough they have reassured me on countless emails that I would get a refund

I purchased a paid of Adidas 7406 soccer cleats from this company a while ago. After waiting patiently, as I understood they had to deliver them to the United Kingdom, I emailed them to query where the item was as it had been over 2 weeks! They told me they had been sent out and even gave me a tracking number! I waited another week and still no sign of the boots, they then told me there were out of stock and were going to refund me. It has nearly been 3 weeks and I still haven't recieved a refund after they clearly stated on many emails a refund would be given to me!
