I have a written contract with Kim for a litter of Golden puppies.in the contract it states I have until the puppies are 9 weeks old to pick. I just bought a female from her and told her I wanted pick of the litter now. She is not agreeing to the contract. Stud fee was $300 and pick of litter. Earlier on I said she could keep my pick of litter since she only had 3 live puppies. She left her dog go to long in labor and gave her 8 or more oxitocin shots and 6 of the puppies were born dead. So I felt bad. This is not going back on the contract. I still had till 9 weeks to decide if I wanted that puppy. I said well then how about I just drown the puppy. And Her sister didn't care! They would rather see a dead puppy then give me my pick of the litter. I co-own the litter so legally even without a contract I still have rights to the puppies. She sent me an e-mail tonight which I will post that said she would give me all my money back and the other puppies. Then went back on her word. Then I agreeded to take $200 and the puppies and her boyfriend would not give her the keys to meet me. If this is resolved I will take this down. Until then I will update as court goes along. You know what it had nothing to do with the money..in the beginning of this you said I was trying to rip you off. Then you know I was only selling that puppy for $600 but gave you $650 then you drop your price on the other one? When you had big vet bill with Lucy I said ok fine keep my pick of litter puppy. Since you were out all that money. I didn't have to do that. Lucy should have been taken to the vet long before she was and you would have had more puppies. Another thing don't blame your kids not having Christmas on me. I didn't have them it is not my job to make sure they have presents. If you can't afford to buy presents for them then why have so many dogs? Why feed them the expensive food? I think I would have sold the male puppy and bought presents for my kids instead of keeping him. I wasn't upstairs when you called back and left a message. I didn't want to fight with you so i said I would talk to you about it later. I went down to do laundry and didn't hear the phone ring. 20Since you want to be like that keep $300 that you paid for the stud fee. Give me back $350 and the puppies and you'll never hear from me again. Remember I am not the one that came up with this you are. All I wanted was to be fair. I wasn't trying to be difficult but you had no intention on telling me and that seemed like you were trying to pull one over one me. I didn't want it to be like this. You can bring the puppies and money to my house tonight..
