Beware of Metric Pools (aka Water Lily's). Please take this as a warning. We do not want you to lose money and time on this company like we did!!! They are professional con-artists. This company is owned by two brothers, Brad and Rev. Don't let their nice British/Australian accents fool you. They are "sweet talkers."
They take your money up front and then never show up. When you call them up to ask why they didn't show up one of the brother's state that the other brother had back surgery and they will be glad to refund your money. Well guess what... You NEVER see your money again no matter how many calls, letters or faxes you send. Check out their status on BBB.
So if you need any kind of swimming pool service, repair or insalation... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Trust us, there are so many great companies out there that are honest, ruputable and most importantly, they show up. We can not emphasize enough that owners Brad and Rev of Metric Pools are unethical, unprofessional, unresponsive... But most of all THIEVES.
