I was in search for work during this trying economy and trying to support my familythis past summer of 2008. I interviewed with Lion Heart which turns to be Prepaid legal and Identity Theft Protection. They make you give them bank information just to join which is nuts to start. They immediatley draft your account for the amount of services. Then they treat it as a pyramid type business. You have to build up a client base and the consumer has to continue the services every year for you to get paid and if you don't sign up 5 in 3 months you get little to nothing. The worst part is if you sell the services at 29.99 a month and after 7 months the customer wants out, it is next to impossible to get your money draft to stop and then they keep the revenue brought in and take the money paid to you (a percentage of the contract if I remember right) back out of your account. I have been in contact with them many times and now am having to write a letter and email them and call once again. I will have to go through the bank to stop the charges and or change the bank account all together. I highly recommend doing as others have said and put money away at 30 a month for any needed legal services and pick a Lawyer in your area that knows the laws of that state as well as the political system in that state. I am writing this based soley on my personal time with pre paid legal or Lion heart as it was when I interviewed with the people there. They also want you to develop cold calls to friends and family to get your first 5 contracts signed. Then the next higher ranked sales person will attened the meeting so at that ponit they are making money off of you and as many people you get to sell under you, you make money off of thier sales as well.
