For the payment of $2.95 they sent a CD that was to help write grants. The CD would not open up when I put it in. Then about a week later on my account the charge of $58.61 showed up. Causing me great problems

The website offered a CD with the help of writing successful federal grants. It charged $2.95 for this CD. The CD arrived. When I put it in the computer it open up to one page. When you try to click on any of the items to get the information nothing happens. It tells you that you have to login from an email that they sent you when they sent to CD. The problem with that is no email stating any kind of name from them showed up to open.

A few days later I looked on my bank account and I noticed a charge of $58.61. It also had a phone number with the charge. When I tried to call the number it wouldn't even ring. This charge was never shown on anything to tell me that it would happen. Of course this has caused problems with my account for I wasn't expecting it and so things were not there. This is a warning to all be careful.
