As a former employee of JRP I can tell you that this place is a complete scam. I only worked for JRP for approx. 4 months before I totally caught on and couldnt live with myself anymore. When I was first hired by Elizabeth the "director of talent" she said she had been with the compnay for over 20 years and that her team was the top in the nation. It wasnt until later that I found out that she had only been hired one day before I was brought on board.
The whole goal of JRP is to bait kids and their parents into attending these shows where Hank comes out and talks all about finding this top talent and how the parents and kids make so much money and travel everywhere and meet famous people. Its all a bunch of garbage! All they told me to do was lie as muchas possible and say that I had been an agent for certain modeling companies and now worked for them as a consultant in signing up new talent. We would look at the child parents to see if they looked as though they had money and thats how we would arrange call backs.
Bottom line is that I felt horrible the entire time I worked at JRP for seeing all these kids with bright futures get their dreams crushed by Hank, Nicole, Elizabeth & Sarah. Parents please dont even waste your time speaking with them on the phone. Take it form me, all they want is your hard earned money and they will do just about anything to get it.
