When I worked at securitas for 11 months and asked for a raise they treated me like I was nothing. The captain one day called me and stated congrats your promoted to supervisor i thought cool im going to get a raise. One week went by then the next no raise. So I called the office demanded a raise. They said ok you got a quarter raise. So i put in my resignation. I gaurded at a rail company. I agree with what people said that their is no heat in the winter and hardly any ac in summer. One day my captain says come to the west gaurd shack to get warm not even five minutes went by he told me to go to my gaurd shack. They do treat you like crap and most of the other gaurds are dumb and stupid. One a gaurd working their longer than me forgot where his gaurd shack was. When I worked I kept the gaurd shack locked I didnt want any disturbance between me and the other idiots even my captain was an idiot. He called me one and asked me to go get him some cigs I told him no and hung up on him. He drove by my gate waving them at my he broke a rule leaving the site. Everytime contractors would come by I would wave them on and sign them in. My captain got mad about that. I told him as long as they are logged he got mad you all are right about sleeping those area supervisors would come by and see if you are sleeping and if you are your gone to another post no bigee.
