I ordered the $1.99 CD, which they advertise on the website. Upon its arrival, I found it hard to follow and of No value whatsoever. I decided that since it was a less than $2.00 investment that it was junk and of no consequence, so I forgot about it. During the month of December when reviewing my bank account records I notice 3 months worth of $69 dollar charges that I didn't authorize.
When I called them (877-207-1615) inquiring about the charges and requesting my account be refunded they said they could not refund my account because the 69.00 charge is clearly stated in the terms and conditions. I can't remember if there were even accessible prior to ordering the CD or I would not have ordered it. They did say that they would close my account and the only thing I could do would be to file a complaint for which they gave me a FAX number (1-888-215-5301). I have not filed a complaint and my guess is that I would be a waste of time. Is there anyway that I can get my money back?
